Turns the source output off. The output turns off after all programmed source-measure operations are completed and the instrument returns to the idle state; if auto output-off is enabled, it turns off automatically.

Selects the source ranging mode for sweeps. BEST selects a single fixed source range for the entire sweep, AUTO selects the most sensitive range for each sweep level, and FIXed holds the present range when the sweep starts.

Reads data from the Sample Buffer. It performs an INITiate followed by FETCh? to acquire the new data.

:GETset / query

Initiates a bus-level GET action in the 488.1 protocol. The manual notes that GET is supported during data acquisition and immediately releases bus hold-off.

:IFCset / query

Controls NDAC hold-off in the GPIB 488.1 protocol mode. The default is OFF, but NRFD hold-off remains enabled.

:GTLset / query

GTL is an IEEE-488 bus command that attempts to return the SourceMeter to local mode. If the unit is in remote, it may not put the instrument into local mode, but it will still disable local lockout (LLO).

:LLOset / query

Places the instrument in local lockout so the front panel LOCAL key is disabled from returning control to the local interface. This is a common command.

Returns the latest reading in the selected sense function. This is a signal-oriented measurement query under :SENSe[1]:DATA.
