The problem
HIL benches are powerful, but test authoring, specialist tooling, hardware queues, and vehicle configuration complexity keep them out of everyday development. Firmware changes accumulate before they reach real ECUs, making failures harder to isolate and more expensive to fix.

BootLoop uses hardware-aware AI to generate and adapt firmware tests, then executes them deterministically across real ECUs, networks, power systems, simulated I/O, and existing instruments. Workflow
STEP 01
Model the ECU, network, and requirements
Bring in ECU requirements, schematics, datasheets, DBCs, diagnostic specifications, network behavior, and expected operating states. BootLoop organizes them into a hardware-aware foundation for test generation and execution.
STEP 02
Generate and run tests on real ECUs
Connect the ECU, networks, power controls, sensor I/O, fixtures, and instruments. Generate tests with the agent or codify existing procedures to validate startup, diagnostics, communications, power modes, fault reactions, updates, and recovery.

Scale coverage across variants and suppliers
