BootLoop generates and validates firmware, connectivity, power, sensor, and device behavior on real hardware—giving teams one deterministic path from first prototype through production acceptance.

The problem
A device that passes on one engineer’s bench can still fail across thousands of units. Test scripts drift, fixtures behave differently, and critical states such as sleep and wake, connectivity loss, interrupted updates, or component substitutions are difficult to exercise consistently. The result is late regressions, slow root-cause analysis, and defects that escape into production.
With BootLoop
BootLoop turns requirements, schematics, datasheets, and real device behavior into firmware and repeatable hardware tests. Generated code is validated against the actual device; every run produces structured evidence, and proven coverage can move with the product from bring-up through EVT, DVT, PVT, and end-of-line.
Workflow
STEP 01
Model the device and its expected behavior
Bring in requirements, schematics, datasheets, protocols, and acceptance criteria. BootLoop builds a hardware-aware foundation for understanding peripherals, power states, sensors, connectivity, firmware, and expected device behavior.
STEP 02
Generate, run, and validate on real hardware
Use the hardware-aware agent to generate or adapt drivers, bring-up code, and acceptance tests. Connect the device, fixtures, hosts, and instruments to validate the result against controlled inputs and measurable pass/fail criteria.
STEP 03
Carry proven coverage into production
Run the same tests throughout development, promote them into CI, and reuse them for production acceptance. When a field or factory failure is resolved, preserve it as regression coverage across future firmware, SKUs, and hardware revisions.
One test framework from engineering to the factory
Validation should not restart when a device moves between firmware, test, and manufacturing teams. BootLoop keeps hardware context, acceptance criteria, test definitions, and results in one system so internal teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers can reproduce failures and improve coverage together.
The same acceptance criteria from EVT through end-of-line
Shared evidence across firmware, validation, and manufacturing
Resolved failures become regression tests for future builds
Field note
Turn every escaped defect into a test that protects every build that follows.
